In the end, I did receive my bitcoins, but during those days I was worried since I had spent 12,000 rubles on them. Additionally, the exchange rate is not always the most favorable; you need to keep an eye on it to catch a good deal. I saw on one of the forums that they update the rates every 7 minutes. So, when I plan an exchange, I actively check for rate updates to get better conditions.
