We switched to Kaiten after Trello left Russia. The process of transferring tasks went quickly and smoothly thanks to automation. In the first few days, we had to get used to the new platform due to some minor functional and visual differences. However, now we are actively working in Kaiten without any difficulties. In our work, we use: - A chat for convenient discussion of tasks within the platform. - Task management in various formats. For example, we can work with timelines, build dependencies, visualize the process on a Kanban board, or view tasks in a calendar, etc. - Employee time tracking, which allows us to see workload and time spent on tasks. We can generate reports on team performance from different perspectives. - Team collaboration with documents. Everything is organized in folders with set access levels, documents can be edited and changes tracked. - Notifications about important events so that nothing is missed. We use the online version on computers, and there is a mobile app available for smartphones. We haven't identified any drawbacks of the platform. Sometimes pages load slowly, but this is likely related to the internet rather than the service itself.
