Like many others, I faced difficulties when transitioning from another service that left Russia. At that time, many were looking for domestic alternatives and switching to them. During this period, Kaiten struggled with the increased load (the servers apparently couldn't handle the influx of users) and worked very slowly, which negatively affected the user experience. Nevertheless, it is truly a powerful and convenient tool. I work in SMM and use this service to gather all the necessary information in one place, create content plans, schedule posts in the calendar, discuss work matters directly in the cards, and so on. Currently, the platform functions stably, doesn't lag, and doesn't throw errors. Perhaps the designers should consider updating the appearance, as the interface looks somewhat outdated.
