I used this hosting for almost three years without any problems. Everything was fine, but on May 29, 2012, I paid 1990 rubles, and immediately issues started with the websites. Instead of solving the problems, technical support suggested I switch to a premium plan. I moved a dozen websites to another hosting, and again there was a problem: the server blocked the sape robot, and all the links resulted in errors. I created ticket #136412 and waited five days for a response, but in the end, I had to move all the websites to another hosting. I think other sites on this server that connected in late 2009 faced similar issues. It turns out I was forced to pay for hosting several months in advance, then they tried to upsell me to a premium plan, and ultimately just didn’t refund my money, citing some clause in the contract. Honestly, now I’m even scared.
