I contacted the company http://iweb-art.ru to create a website for an online store! In 5 days, they created a barebones site using a builder, which costs no more than 500 rubles, yet I had to pay them 11,500 rubles instead of the initially stated 9,500 rubles! They do not refund money for poorly rendered services, they hang up the phone! They do not respond to emails! I really regret reaching out to this company in haste; it was money down the drain!
