We needed to build a small house at our summer cottage, nothing grand: two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. We didn't want to use regular materials like brick and concrete because it would take too long and be expensive. We decided to try alternative materials. I came across a video online about building a house from SIP panels and became interested. It turned out that only the company Ivgranbud officially produces these panels. We called, spoke with the manager, and clarified the nuances and specifics of the construction. Everything was quite simple and accessible, but to protect ourselves since the material was unfamiliar, we made an additional frame from wooden beams. We covered them with SIP panels, primed them, plastered, and the little house was ready. In the end, within a little over a week, we already had walls; we just needed to finish the roof, and we could move in.
