A subscription-based platform with courses. In our time, this is a rarity, as courses are mostly sold individually, but with good support. I thought for a long time about whether to subscribe. On one hand, you can find a lot of materials for free online, but on the other hand, for a small amount, you get access to a convenient platform. In the end, I chose a 9-month subscription for 7,000 rubles. At first, I considered a six-month option since the price there is four times lower, but there were no paid courses available.
The advantages of the subscription are as follows: first, there is no advertising, although an ad blocker helps too. Second, you can download all the materials. Third, you gain access to numerous tests and assignments. And most importantly – consultations. They are not one-time; they are valid for the entire duration of the subscription. Of course, responses do not come instantly; sometimes you have to wait, but they provide adequate and detailed answers. Additionally, they add various unnecessary features, such as a sticker pack for messengers, a dark theme, and some unknown site builder.
As for the course materials, I would rate them as average. Almost all the information can be found online without much effort. The only plus is that everything is presented conveniently and in an understandable form, as well as from simple to complex. Overall, this happens in any courses. I wouldn't say that the courses from this school are better than, for example, those from Skillbox, but the price definitely matters. If you are looking for inexpensive and quality courses, at least check these out. Buying is not mandatory; it’s up to you, as the main advantage is indeed the consultations. The materials are available online. It suits me just fine.
