I believe that itProger is an excellent choice for learning programming on a budget. I tried various simulators, books, and downloaded free courses on Java, but only here was I able to grasp the material. And mainly thanks to the explanations and comments from the instructor. The topics are explained in great detail, and if something is unclear, you can immediately ask for help. They don't leave you without attention. The training is practice-oriented, which I lacked before. On various simulators, I was offered standard tasks, but here I worked on real applications. Sometimes these were small projects, and sometimes I worked on them for a long time. Additionally, the course is very convenient. I'm not tied to a schedule and can study the materials and complete assignments at my own pace. Of course, many will find it difficult without additional motivation, but that's the price for saving money. Right now, I'm finishing the Java course and planning to learn other languages on itProger.
