We started using iSpring Learn for training and onboarding new employees, and it turned out to be a real find. The platform allows us to upload a variety of materials (videos, articles, tests) and track each employee's progress. The 360 feedback feature is particularly impressive: it helps understand how colleagues perceive each other. It's a very convenient tool, and I recommend it for any business!
