IronFX Global is not a trustworthy brokerage company. I personally have not been able to withdraw my money since August 19, 2015.
There are clients who haven't been able to withdraw their funds since winter 2015 (across all of Europe!). The excuses are always the same: "we are processing withdrawals in order." What kind of queue is it that I've been waiting for my own money for 10 months!!!
The support on the website is shared among everyone, and they no longer connect you with a personal manager. I filed a complaint - it was reviewed for 3 months!!! The response was "everything is fine with you, we will withdraw soon." Another three months have passed, and no one is withdrawing anything.
Under no circumstances should you get involved with them! I advise contacting the Cypriot Ombudsman, ESMA, CIF - anyone who has dealt with this broker.
