The technical support is very rude! It feels like some student is working part-time and answering emails at night. Besides, I constantly receive strange emails from investors who supposedly are interested in the project and want to get in touch, but they don't provide any contact information. When I replied to them through the form on the website, no one got back to me to actually connect. It creates the impression that the website's administration wants to show users that there are a lot of interested investors, while they themselves are sending fake emails supposedly from investors. Overall, my opinion is that this website is a scam, with terrible and rude technical support. By the way, I specifically tested the tech support by asking them a relevant question, and in response, I received a bunch of rudeness, claiming that I couldn't figure out their website.
