I reached out to Inok twice. Right now, due to the delay in handing over the apartment from the developer in Moscow, which was supposed to be delivered by December 31, 2018, but is only being handed over now. Thanks to lawyer Daria K. for her help. The court did reduce the penalty a bit, but that's standard practice. I'm quite satisfied with the amount. Back in 2013, I sought help from the team for the privatization of an apartment through the court (in Perovsky) in the Kожухово district. Our apartment was severely flooded by the neighbors above, but they had no intention of providing any compensation. Since we couldn't reach a peaceful agreement, I turned to the court, but I started to worry that I wouldn't be able to handle it on my own, so I called Inok for a consultation.
