I’m not going to try to convince those who are unhappy with Ihc hosting, but I can share my experience. For over a year that I’ve been hosting my websites with them, I feel completely at ease. I’m especially pleased that customer support goes beyond just following regulations. The technical support team has helped me multiple times in the most difficult and hopeless situations. At my previous hosting provider, I often received responses like “contact the website creators” when I had questions. For some, Ihc might seem expensive, but the stable and quality performance of the websites is worth the money I spend on their services. It’s extremely important for me that everything is done well and meets the promised capabilities. Over this year, I haven’t had any complaints about uptime; there were only a few scheduled maintenance works, but that’s unavoidable. And it’s not very noticeable since the work is done at night and takes no more than an hour. Overall, I am completely satisfied with Ihc and rate their work a solid five out of five.
