I have been using IHC's services for most of my websites for a long time. I'm satisfied with the uptime. I haven't had to argue with technical support about this. The differences between the plans are only in the number of websites and the amount of disk space. Otherwise, the functionality is completely the same. Each plan includes protection against DDoS attacks, which, in my opinion, should be standard. The prices for domains are average; you can find cheaper options. There is also a paid website builder, but I haven't worked with it. In terms of hosting services, I consider this company one of the best. There are no delays in navigation, and you can access the site almost always. Ordering domains goes smoothly, but again, the prices are not the lowest on the Russian internet, so it's better to buy them elsewhere.
