I agreed with the website to place a banner, paid for the service, but after the payment, I was informed that they changed their mind and that the money would be refunded within a day. However, a week has passed (at this point) and I still haven't received anything, and they have stopped responding to my messages. It's an untrustworthy service, or possibly a scam.
