For two years, we used the services of i2crm and spent over 200,000 rubles on them. Since February 2021, we started having problems with account bans. The issue is that i2crm uses a gray API: it used to work, but now Instagram blocks such integration. We wouldn't have any complaints if they had acknowledged that their solution is no longer relevant and advised us to disable the integration to avoid bans. But they didn't do that and continue to claim that this is an isolated case, which is an absolute lie. We have four Instagram accounts, and all of them were banned. After unblocking, the accounts worked steadily for 10 days, and we didn't use the integration with i2crm, just to experiment, and everything went well. But when we re-integrated, all the accounts were banned within a day. It took us over two weeks to recover, and after that, we decided not to deal with i2crm anymore. Now everything works fine! Conclusion: it's better not to risk their services if you don't want to face bans!
