Over a year ago, we switched to i2crm. The main reason for changing providers was the failures in the previous service. We haven't encountered similar problems with i2crm; there have only been a few minor issues during this time, which the technical support resolved in just a few minutes. In terms of functionality, this service is no worse than its competitors, and the cost is lower. I definitely recommend it.
