When withdrawing, I didn't specify a tag, as the website said it was "optional." As a result, the coins were not credited to HTX, and they said, "No tag," and demanded proof, including a video. I recorded four videos, and they confirmed that these were my coins, but they have no intention of crediting them. They offered to return them for a fee of 0.04 ETH, which at a rate of $3300 amounts to $132. So, to get back $80, they want me to pay $132! It seems they decided not to return the money. I withdrew my funds back and no longer want to deal with HTX. I warn everyone, be careful: if you make a small mistake, it will be impossible to get your money back.
