I have 22 websites on one account, and they don't go down more often than once every three months. I believe that for the amount I pay, they provide quite stable performance. On my plan, the hosting cost for each site is only 18 rubles a month, which is really a small amount. Let's not forget about the bonuses for registering domains worth 396 rubles; similar bonuses apply when renewing four or more domains. In conclusion, I would like to note that most of my sites are intended for selling permanent links and have traffic ranging from 50 to over 1000. At the same time, the maximum load on the server is 10-15%, and on one account – up to 5%. With such a load, most hosts would disable accounts, but fortunately, everything is working for me. I see no reason to switch from Hostland to another hosting provider.
