Every hosting service has its pros and cons. I've been using the services of Hostland for several years now. At first, they helped me transfer my first website (a small Joomla site) to their server, set up the DNS and all the necessary parameters. Within a day, the site started working correctly. Since then, it has "crashed" only a couple of times, but that's because I chose the simplest and cheapest plan, which is quite suitable for this resource. For my second project, I set it up directly on the hosting (I chose the Drupal engine), and it focuses on popular games. The traffic started to grow after a few months. The materials about PlayStation 4 games indexed particularly well, as there are many more games with impressive gameplay and story for this console than for the XBOX One. With the increase in traffic, the load on disk space also grew, so I had to switch to a more expensive plan with a larger capacity and higher load threshold. I chose the "Prostor 4" plan. Now everything works stably! As for customer support, they always try to answer all questions. They help in any situation, so I have no desire to switch to another hosting service.
