I use hh for work, and overall, it's convenient, but there is one serious drawback. Every six months, we face the issue of changing passwords, which is extremely inconvenient. We have contacted customer support several times, but there has been no response or changes so far. I would like hh to improve the account security system and make the service more comfortable for its users.
