Help Talks is a truly wonderful service for those who are looking for someone to talk to and for those who are seriously committed to working on themselves. Anonymity is one of their main advantages. When I registered, I used a made-up name that I have an email account for. The issue I had was that I don't accept my family and my real name, which feels like a label that ties me to those people. My personal psychologist understood me and even agreed—it's surprising because usually, therapists tend to be conservative and try to bring clients back to their families, etc. But here, they fully supported me and helped me build a strategy that I've been living by for several months now. I feel much better, and I also know that I always have someone to write to.
