There are no balance notifications. The website disappears along with the email. The support service responds that the chances of seeing your website again are zero, as the data has been deleted, and so have the backups. It seems that backups are not made at all. If you plan to host on HC.RU, it's better to keep an eye on your balance before going to sleep. Very convenient, I recommend it!
