Access to them is paid, but the price depends on the chosen plan, which is oriented towards the volume of generation. I use the cheapest plan for 290 rubles a month. I use the neural network for writing posts and small articles. There is also a free option with three requests per day. If you don't want to pay, you can create several accounts with different emails. However, fully utilizing ChatGPT will be challenging, as the neural network saves the history of requests and gives new answers based on previous ones, and with three requests a day, it's not that convenient.
