I ordered an STS and a PTS for cutting, and we communicated for a week; it was a bit scary and nerve-wracking. I made a 50% prepayment, and two days later, I received a photo report of the readiness in my email. About ten days later, I received it in the mail. Everything is great!!! Fast and efficient!!! I will probably reach out again more than once.
