To everyone using Yoomoney, I recommend this: it's one of the few exchanges where the buying and selling of former Yandex.Money is still available — use it while you can. Are there any downsides? I can mention one subjective one — the exchange is semi-automatic, and you will have to manually send money from your Yoomoney wallet to the account provided after submitting your request.
