I use this service alongside Miralinks. I don't really have any complaints, although the "eternity" of links is conditional, as platforms repeatedly sell their link placement services, leading to spammy content. However, placing links on fresh platforms is only beneficial. I usually order contextual links, as they look the most organic in the text, and the theme should be relevant. As for external links, I would recommend being cautious and not exceeding 4-5. I personally check the number of such links using the RDS-bar plugin, as some unscrupulous users may remove them. It's also important to note the page depth – the shallower it is, the faster indexing occurs. The ideal option is the homepage. Otherwise, the service works 100%, the requirements for the platforms are strict, so there are no "fake" links here. Although the cost is quite high, it's worth paying for quality.
