In 2014, I ordered the installation of a humidification system from the German company Draabe for my home through GK Gamma. According to the commercial director of the company, Andrey Kalenov, this system was supposed to maintain the desired humidity automatically at any time of the year and be a reliable and modern solution. GK Gamma was the official dealer of Draabe and could provide installation, technical support, and maintenance for this system. After the installation, we constantly faced technical problems throughout 2014-2015. The system did not function properly, and the set humidity was not maintained. The sprinklers activated unpredictably, flooding the floors and walls with puddles of water and leaving salt stains. We experienced two major system failures due to leaks in the connections. As a result, we had flooding, damaged baseboards, doors, and had to partially relay the parquet flooring.
After almost two years, the general director of GK Gamma, Svetlana Ivakina, and the commercial director, Andrey Kalenov, admitted that they could not get the system to operate normally and themselves proposed to dismantle the system and return the paid funds. Since the amount was quite significant, they requested a 6-month deferment. There is a signed agreement on this matter.
However, the leaders of GK Gamma used the deferment not to fulfill their promise - during this time, they created a second company (the contract with clients for the work was signed on behalf of LLC .......) with the same name, transferred all activities to it, cleared the accounts of the old company, and changed the general director and participant. After the deferment period, Ms. Ivakina Svetlana refused to return the money, citing incomplete dismantling of the system (even though the system was dismantled by the company's employees). In 2016, I was forced to sue them, which I won successfully. As a result, GK Gamma is now a shell company without funds.
