I have used this service several times, and it turned out to be simple and convenient. The only nuance to note is the inability to conduct contests with a predetermined winner, when you need to "randomly" select them. They have a closed randomizer, and it makes no sense to write to customer support, as they cannot influence it either. Other than that, there are no drawbacks. The service offers various criteria for selecting winners and allows you to determine multiple winners at the same time. You don't need to enter anything except the winner selection settings. Just provide the link to the contest, and the service will check who has subscribed, liked, or commented, and so on. This takes just a few seconds (once the process took almost a minute due to a large contest and holidays; perhaps the servers were overloaded), after which the winner is displayed. For safety, all information is saved in the history of the draws, in case you accidentally close the page or something else happens.
