After sending the first newsletter to the accumulated database, my account was blocked - allegedly due to exceeding the unsubscribe and undelivered rates. No one provides specific numbers! They just say the rates are above normal.
They block accounts without warning, even though the service terms state: "We reserve the right to issue a warning if it is discovered that the User is sending spam or using the Service for dishonest or prohibited activities. If the User engages in or continues such activities despite a clear warning, we have the right to cancel the User's account ......"

However, no warnings are sent - IMMEDIATE BLOCKING. Requesting a refund (I worked only 2 days out of the paid 30) is pointless - they refer to another version of the service terms posted on the English website - saying that REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Additionally, I’ll add that the email builder is very inconvenient and not intuitive. It glitches.
The service price is not small; there are cheaper options available. I should note that the company is Polish.
CONCLUSION: LOOK FOR ADEQUATE HONEST COMPANIES!
