To pay through this center with a card, it needs to be activated. I've been struggling for 2 hours - I hope to never have to deal with this processing again, there's not a word about activation on the website, and the email is silent. I understand it's 8 PM now, but cards are meant to be used for online payments whenever it's convenient for me, not just during business hours!
