I was looking for a freelancer there - I announced a contest, many people responded, but the most suitable work came from one guy, with whom I decided to collaborate. He turned out to be a blatant scammer, took an advance payment and disappeared, even deleted his account on VKontakte. When I contacted the site administrators, they only suggested using their "Safe Payment" system, which is not an option at all.
