I'll keep quiet about the website's software; it's all clear. I didn't expect anything different, and the fact that this is a large chain of stores played a decisive role. I placed an order in the online store with payment via WebMoney. The application was automatically processed, and the money left my wallet. An hour later, a manager called, and it turned out that the product is not delivered to my city (or even my region!). I live in the Luhansk region. Of course, there is no refund; I received a standard response via email stating that my message has been forwarded to the appropriate department. It's impossible to get through on the phone, and I also can't contact them through the WebMoney system (they don't authorize me). I'm extremely disappointed. I will never buy anything from this online store or from this chain at all.
