The constructor for creating various forms on the website allows you to independently organize quizzes, feedback forms, and much more in just a few minutes. It's a great option when you're on a tight budget and can't hire a specialist. However, the paid version is quite expensive. Firstly, the prices depend on the dollar exchange rate, which is not the best right now. Secondly, the cost of such a constructor is relatively high. I purchased 50 applications on a paid basis and, after analyzing the differences between paid and free usage, I decided not to renew my subscription after the package runs out. Basically, I'm only losing the file upload disk (which I don't need), spam filters (I haven't encountered spammers yet), some minor notification and integration features, as well as a few form elements that are not critical for me. The only limitation is 100 requests per month, but so far these forms are not being used actively. This could be a good option for startups. Forms are created quickly, especially if you use templates and customize the necessary fields. The appearance can also be adjusted, but don't expect any design sophistication. Nevertheless, the form looks quite organic on the page. User applications are processed smoothly, so everything works even in the free version.

I would compare it to website builders, as the process is similar. You need to choose a ready-made template, adapt it to your needs by moving blocks with your mouse, enter your text, and insert the code. After that, all that's left is to wait for notifications about new requests. The builder offers more than 30 elements for forms, allows you to create them on multiple pages, upload files, and much more. In complex cases, you can even set logic. For example, if a client fills out a field in a certain way, a new element can appear, or conversely, disappear if it's not needed. Various themes are available for styling, there are ready-made fonts and color schemes, as well as the option to create everything yourself. Almost everything is customizable: not just the background and main colors, but also the width of borders, their styles, shadows, text alignment, and padding. Notifications about messages come via email or SMS. For some types of forms (like surveys), you can view statistics graphically. Among other useful features that I haven't used yet, it's worth noting the ability to accept payments. In the future, I plan to attach sales to the page and take advantage of this convenient option.

You can develop both simple forms and more complex solutions like quizzes, calculators, and more. Everything can be customized, including appearance and functionality, as there is an option to add your own CSS and Javascript code. It’s also worth noting the wide range of integrations that can be flexibly configured. I haven’t seen anything like this in other services. I also really like the capabilities for setting up logical rules: you can not only manage the display and hiding of necessary fields but also create your unique validation errors and rules for redirections. You can configure different templates for email and SMS notifications depending on the user's choice. The service is regularly updated, with new features appearing every week. An excellent service, I highly recommend it to everyone!

I switched to this form builder from another similar service. FormDesigner attracted me with its simplicity and the ability to customize anything. I'm especially pleased with the plans without a subscription fee and the integrations! I purchased the necessary number of submissions, and now I don't have to pay every month. I was pleasantly surprised when I came across this quiz builder. With its help, I created a quiz-calculator that immediately provides an approximate cost calculation and displays the result to the user at the end. There are indeed many settings, and I haven't had the chance to explore them all yet. The integration with amoCRM is simply excellent. Overall, the list of available integrations is very extensive. The design settings were also impressive — you can customize almost everything. Thank you to the support team; they helped me figure out some aspects that I couldn't set up on my own.

To determine the cost of an order, I needed a form that could be created quickly and compactly. I did try **** ******, but it didn't meet my requirements. This service turned out to be an excellent solution! There is a wide variety of templates, and it's especially nice that these forms are available for free.
