These bastards do whatever they want, the site "crashed" for a week, changed design, and information disappeared. I wrote them a letter about switching providers, waiting for information that they probably won't send. I will write to the registrar, and I will take this to court if necessary. I've never encountered such a disgraceful attitude among providers!
