It looks like we'll have to go to court as well. They've already turned a blind eye to the fact that there's no technical support. We figured everything out on our own, solved all the problems ourselves. Now, after almost 2 years of work, the site has crashed. Everything is there! All the catalogs, a huge amount of time spent. All our clients know it. So what will happen to the domain now? It's a top-level domain. We're using all our options and will take this to court.
