The app is really good, and I'm satisfied with the results, but like many others, I faced a surprise charge for the annual subscription. I remembered the 5-day period, but I couldn't find any information about my plan and the option to cancel the subscription on the computer app (it turned out that my account was registered with a different email, which I had forgotten about a long time ago). I was hoping for an email notification with a payment link, but it didn't come, and my last funds were simply deducted. I thank the support team for their quick response and help; the money was returned the next day. Next time, I'll be more careful.
