The internal CRM did not impress me at all; it feels like it was added just for show. It's much better to learn how to work with a proper system and integrate it. It's just a little more visually appealing and functional than an Excel sheet. I feel that the developers ask too much for the offered features, but it's worth noting that the product is convenient, although this is due to its simplicity. The control panel is easy to navigate, and you can quickly find the sections you need. The builder also supports integrations, which allows you to try to expand its narrow functionality with third-party products. There is a whole section for beginners called "Academy," where useful guides on creating a website are collected. Flexbe has its pros and cons; everything is present. There are no perfect builders, so it shouldn't be dismissed. It might turn out to be useful for certain projects.
