The functionality of the online store, as advertised on the website, is actually not implemented. The main features are missing. When I called, I was told that nothing would be fixed in the order on the platform, but they could pass my "REQUEST" to the development team, and "maybe, someday it will be done." No deadlines were set, as the "request" may not necessarily be implemented. The problem is that the "Add to Cart" button is located in a pop-up window. When you click the button, the item is added to the cart, but the catalog window automatically closes. Thus, to add multiple items, you have to open the list, scroll, add, and open it again, which requires a lot of clicks. The manager informed me that they do not have the functionality of a full-fledged store, only an online showcase. When I asked about the reasons for the deception, he replied that it was a design choice. I regret the time wasted and the site sold to the client; now I will have to look for solutions on other platforms.
