I manage my online store through Finolog, using a point of sale. I always have access to the service thanks to the iOS app. The ease of use on the phone is excellent, and I hardly ever refer to the standard workspace. I perform some actions through Telegram: I can send a task to the bot, and it will automatically execute it in my account. With the app, I track stock levels, create financial documents, prepare reports, and keep track of all incoming payments, both cash and cashless. On the main page, there is a widget with information about incoming payments, a chart of income and expenses, as well as a diagram of expenses by category. Some widgets can be removed if they are in the way. My store operates not only in the Russian internet space, so I accept multi-currency payments, and conversion happens at the current bank rate. The cost of the service is very reasonable – 2990 rubles per month. I decided to subscribe for a year after the trial period to save 20%. I don't see the point in getting a more expensive plan; I don't need a personal consultant, everything is clear as it is.
