This is one of the most convenient services I have ever used. I tried several alternatives – Planfact, Sineco, Finance FreshOffice, and even Excel – all of them are complicated and require setup (especially the last one), and not all functions are available. In my opinion, Finolog can be compared to AmoCRM in the world of CRM systems – it is truly a comfortable solution that won't solve all problems but can be quickly set up and integrated into a business. For example, there are several "exclusive" features: you can make payments on the go. You just send commands to the bot via Telegram on your phone. One message, and the payment is done. There's no need to log into the system, enter details, etc. – just one command is enough. The bank is integrated, although not all major banks in our country are included, only a few – like Tinkoff, Alfa-Bank, Tochka – which are most commonly used by small entrepreneurs. The system also offers import-export to Excel. The functionality doesn't allow for some operations, so if necessary, you can revert everything to Excel and continue accounting there. Then the data can be exported back to the system. Reports provide analytics on expenses. There is a distinction between fixed and variable costs, the dynamics of changes in each expense, and recommendations for reducing fixed costs. Cash flow, profit and loss reports, and cost analysis are also available. These are quite standard functions. Some useful little features speed up the work, such as auto-completion of values and bulk operation changes. There are minor flaws; sometimes the system resets settings. But they are working on it. The benefits of using it outweigh the possible drawbacks: under the same conditions, for example, in the same reports, I spend at least twice as little time working with finances than I did before when I was using Excel. I didn't choose Finolog's alternatives mainly because of their complexity.
