We opened in Penza under the FinLizing franchise, and so far everything is satisfactory. They provide us with clients, the client assessment system works well, and the legal verification system for cars is also functioning properly. Support is available; whenever I call, I get assistance. We haven't experienced any fraudulent actions from clients; everyone pays on time, although there are some who delay payments, but they make up about 20% of the total portfolio. They are also needed since there is good profit from fines. Feedback is top-notch. However, there are a few nuances that differ in our city compared to others in Russia. For example, 80% of clients take loans of up to 70,000 rubles. Working with this segment is a bit more challenging since we need more clients to distribute a portfolio of, say, 3 million rubles; consequently, our average loan amount is lower. But because of this, we can maintain a rate of 15% per month - that's certainly the downside. I would like to have more clients with loan amounts of 100,000 rubles and above. Overall, I don't regret working under the FinLizing auto pawnshop franchise; we are growing with their help, and our profits are increasing every month.
