Excellent customer service, an individual approach to everyone. And most importantly, there is no hint of the carelessness that occurs in Sberbank. And of course, there is obvious benefit to the consumer and no hints of fraud, which our domestic financial institutions suffer from. The bank's management has a sound policy. It's not a fleeting attempt to profit off the client, but a "long game" approach... and absolutely civilized conditions for interaction. This is the bank of the future in Russia... and it has plenty of room to grow and develop. In other words, EVERYTHING.
