I have been using the online exchange service Ferma for almost a year. I mainly exchange Qiwi for Bitcoin. The commission is always known in advance: 2% plus a fixed amount, with no surprises. Usually, the processing of requests takes from 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the bank. A couple of times I had to wait for confirmation in the Ethereum network, where 12 confirmations are needed, but the service honestly warns about this. It's convenient to track the history of exchanges and the status of requests in the personal account.
