I've been using Ferma.cc for a few months to exchange bitcoins and occasionally dogecoins. I like that they explain the confirmation process in detail; I used to not understand why transactions didn't go through instantly. After two confirmations for bitcoin, my request was processed without reminders. Usually, everything happens within 10 minutes if the network isn't busy. The minimum amounts are also reasonable; I've exchanged 0.001 BTC a few times without any issues.
