Recently, I exchanged 3,000 rubles from Qiwi for PM dollars. The rate was favorable, the transaction was completed in just a few seconds, and the required amount was credited to my wallet. They didn't charge any extra fees. The minimum amount for the exchange is exactly 3,000. It would be nice to lower this threshold for Qiwi, as I rarely exchange amounts over 1,000 rubles, which means I won't be able to use this exchanger regularly. It's strange that the site has two captchas: the first one when logging in, and the second one when submitting a request, which seems excessive. Nevertheless, I will definitely remember this exchanger; it has proven itself to be a reliable service.
