The commission is outrageous, from 4 to 6% for deposits and the same for withdrawals. Very often, the exchange takes several days (the last exchange of bitcoins to Qiwi was supposedly due to technical work on the Qiwi site). I gave up on everything, exchanged back, and turned to an online exchanger. Never again...
