I was looking for a comfortable chair for my son. The consultant on the phone advised me on all the models based on my requirements, described the main options, and suggested a few alternative options. In the end, we managed to find the perfect chair for my son, even a bit cheaper than what I initially planned to spend. I placed the order in the evening, and the next morning, the courier delivered the chair, assembled it on-site, set everything up, and showed me how to adjust the lumbar and neck support. I haven't encountered such customer-oriented service in a long time. I am 100% satisfied with the purchase.
