The system recognizes scans and photographs, converting them into digital format, and then transfers them to accounting systems like 1C or Mое Delo. The entire process takes just a few minutes. Various documents can be digitized, including invoices, waybills, payment requests, acts, and receipts. They can be uploaded either through a regular scanner or in electronic form (all common file formats are supported). When entering data into 1C, the system attaches PDF files of the recognized documents. The recognition accuracy is 98%, but in practice, it depends on the quality of the original document (there's an option to test this for free, with 10 recognitions offered for testing), so there can be significant deviations in the lower direction. Nevertheless, inputting primary documents, even considering recognition errors, is still more efficient than manual labor. Firstly, the speed of the process increases several times. Secondly, manual input does not protect against mistakes caused by inattention. The cost of the service depends on the volume of recognized documents: the more documents, the higher the price.
