El Change is not a universal currency conversion service. It only supports a limited number of directions. There is no support for Skrill, Neteller, or even basic WebMoney. The selection of coins is small, and popular altcoins like Dash, Doge, Bitcash, Monero, and others have not yet been added. Currently, there are many similar converters in the Russian internet that have been created in the last 2-3 years, and almost all of them are indistinguishable from each other. The rates are mostly average, and for it to be among the best in terms of profitability is quite rare. I learned about it after seeing it listed at the top on BestChange. Being listed there already indicates that the converter is reliable and not a scam. The exchange of one cryptocurrency for another is quick. The speed of operation for a manual exchanger is quite good; transferring electronic money to a card took only a few minutes. However, reserves in some systems may be low, and none of the coins can be converted to a whole coin, except possibly Ethereum.
